What a report can — and can't — tell you
A report can tell you
- Whether their ID details match the records available.
- Whether the address they gave matches available digital and public records.
- Whether public court records or FIRs show anything under the details provided.
- For drivers and nurses: whether their licence or registration checks out.
- Clearly, when a check couldn't be completed — we never guess.
A report can't tell you
- It is not a home visit. The Digital Address Check uses records only.
- A court or FIR result is not proof of guilt. And no result is not a guarantee that none exist.
- FIR coverage varies by city and doesn't include cases never reported to the police.
- It doesn't judge honesty, skill or behaviour, and never says someone is "100% safe".
- It is not government approved or certified, and it isn't a police clearance certificate.

Filling in the form takes about two minutes. Once they agree and you pay, the report is usually ready within minutes.
Only after they agree. You pay securely through Razorpay by UPI, card or net banking. If they decline or don't reply, you're never charged.
No. Some cities and housing societies ask you to register domestic staff with the local police — that's a separate process the police run. InstaBGC's FIR check is a records search, not a police registration or a police clearance certificate.
No. The Digital Address Check compares the address with available digital and public records. Nobody visits the location.
