Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. What we deliver

A verification report covering every check included for the role you chose, with a plain-language status and explanation for each check.

2. How it's delivered

Your report is made available in your InstaBGC account, and we send a notification with a link to your registered mobile number when it's ready.

3. When it's delivered

Checks start as soon as your payment is confirmed — which happens only after the candidate consents.

Most reports are ready within minutes of payment. Occasionally a public records source is slow or temporarily unavailable. In that case we keep retrying automatically for up to 3 days from payment, and meanwhile you can read the checks that are already complete in a partial report, with the status and expected timeline of the rest. If a check still can't be completed within 3 days because of a fault on our side or a third-party outage, you're refunded for that check under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Where we serve

We currently accept orders only for verifying household staff in India, placed by customers with an Indian mobile number.

5. Problems with delivery

If you haven't received your report within the time above, or can't open it, contact support@instabgc.com or +91 98765 43210 (Monday–Saturday, 9 am – 7 pm IST) with your order's reference ID.
