Consent

Nothing is checked until they say yes

Consent means the person you're hiring agrees to the check. Here's exactly what they see and what happens next — so it's clear for you and for them.

1. They get a WhatsApp message

It goes to the mobile number you enter, in simple words, and lists every check. They answer with one tap — no app, no login. A sample, with made-up names:

Hi Sunita, A. Sharma has asked InstaBGC to run a background verification before hiring you as a Maid. If you agree, we will check: ID Verification, Criminal Verification, Police Verification, Digital Address Check. Nothing is checked without your permission, and the result is shared only with them. Please choose below.

I agreeNo, declineSee details

“See details” opens a page that explains each check — what it does and doesn't tell you — with the same two choices.

2a. If they say yes

We record their “yes”, and you're asked to pay.
The checks start as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Only you — the person who asked — can see the report.
They never see your account, your payment or the report.

2b. If they say no, or don't reply

Nothing is checked, and you're not charged.
We tell you they declined — never why. It's their choice.
We don't chase them with reminders of our own.

Before you start: tell them yourself

It's their information. They should hear about the check from you first — not from a WhatsApp message out of nowhere. When you start, you'll confirm you've told them.
